Systems Biology for Clinical Infectious Diseases Research Symposium
September 18 @ 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
We invite you to join us for this exceptional Symposium, co-sponsored by the Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (DMID) in the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), the Systems Biology Center at Baylor College of Medicine, and the Gulf Coast Consortia for Quantitative Biomedical Sciences. In addition to an exceptional lineup of speakers, the goals of the Symposium are to provide opportunities to 1) showcase promising uses of systems biology approaches in clinical infectious diseases, 2) foster inter-disciplinary interaction between computational biologists with bench and clinical researchers, and 3) to incentivize innovative science to answer pressing questions in infectious diseases.
